Simone Harvey.

Simone is a PCC-credentialed executive coach (ICF, Georgetown) who has spent the last twelve years coaching executives, founders, and senior leaders through the work that doesn't have a clear playbook. She founded Sāntis Group in 2023 to make that work systematic.
She built the Behavioral Analysis Team at Airbnb from scratch: a group of clinicians embedded in Customer Operations whose CARS model became the industry's first implementation of trauma-informed customer service. Earlier in her Airbnb tenure, she ran global program management, governance, and strategic operations across Customer Operations, including governance for the org's MBR and WBR forums at the Director and VP level. She co-founded the Customer Operations Governance Team and served as strategic advisor to senior leaders across the Customer organization.
Concurrently with the Behavioral Analysis Team work, she co-led Black@ at Airbnb for four years and built the Black@ Emerging Leaders Sponsorship Program, which produced a 60 percent promotion rate across five 18-month cohorts and became the playbook Airbnb used to model its other sponsorship programs. Airbnb's CEO and executive leadership twice sponsored her for the company's Critical Talent Award. Before Airbnb, she led strategy and innovation work at Wells Fargo.
The throughline across all of it is the same: take work that looks soft and make it measurable.
What we mean by technical.
Most leadership development teaches the language of relational skill. Sāntis builds the diagnostic and practice loop that turns language into observable behavior.
Every workshop delivers an instrument with proficiency levels, observable indicators, and a measurement protocol. Every coaching engagement starts with a behavioral baseline. Every cohort leaves with documented evidence and a 30-day intervention scheduled.
This is not a soft-skills practice. It is the application of clinical, behavioral, and instructional design rigor to the parts of leadership that have historically been treated as personality traits.
