How it works.
Engagements start with a 30 to 60 minute chemistry conversation, typically 60. There is no fee, and the goal is mutual fit, not a sales call. If both sides see a fit, a scoped retainer follows.
Standard engagement structure:
- Bi-weekly or weekly sessions (60 to 90 minutes), depending on the work.
- Direct asynchronous access between sessions for time-sensitive judgment calls.
- Minimum three-month commitment; most engagements run six to twelve months.
Pricing is shared after the chemistry conversation, scoped to the engagement.
