A diagnostic and practice lab that treats relational skills as observable, behavior-anchored, trainable technical competencies. For working leaders, not for theory.

The Problem

Leadership programs teach about relationships. Few build the capacity to navigate them.

Mark Murphy's Leadership IQ study (Hiring for Attitude, 2011) tracked more than 20,000 new hires and found that 49 percent of failures stem from inability to accept feedback or manage emotions, not technical skill gaps. The mechanism does not change when those hires become managers; it intensifies.

Most leadership programming teaches the language of relational skill. This workshop builds the diagnostic and practice loop that turns language into observable behavior.

The Solution

Participants self-assess across five core competencies using a 1 to 5 proficiency scale anchored in specific behavioral indicators. Each leader identifies their highest-leverage development area and commits to a 30-day structured intervention with built-in accountability. Re-assessment at 90 days returns measurement data against the same rubric.
